These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and gn999 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of all services available through the gn999 website located at gn999.io, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, slots, and all associated payment and account management services. 2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to gn999 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all services offered on the platform without exception, including free-play modes where they exist. gn999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in that account will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered gn999 account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. gn999 employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before creating a gn999 account or placing any wager. gn999 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access gn999 from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful do so entirely at their own risk.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on gn999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. 4.2 KYC Verification

4.3 Account Security

You must notify gn999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gn999 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. gn999 may add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on gn999 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gn999, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for being aware of any limits imposed by their chosen payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's gn999 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. gn999 does not charge a platform processing fee on standard deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider are outside gn999's control and are not reimbursed by gn999.

5.4 Prohibited Deposit Sources

Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and that have been obtained through lawful means. It is strictly prohibited to deposit funds on behalf of any third party, to use stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or to deposit funds that represent the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Any account found to have received deposits from prohibited sources will be immediately closed and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have completed the KYC identity verification process. gn999 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory identity verification has been completed. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

gn999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. gn999 does not guarantee processing times but endeavours to complete all withdrawals as promptly as possible.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. gn999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit. This measure is in place to protect Players against unauthorised withdrawal requests.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Balance funds and winnings generated from Bonus Balance wagers are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the terms of the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Real Money Balance funds that are not subject to any active bonus terms may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal eligibility requirements in clause 6.1.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. gn999 reserves the right to specify different wagering requirements for individual promotions. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

gn999 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using betting patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment purposes; coordinating with other Players to artificially fulfil Wagering Requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, gn999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void any winnings generated from bonus funds, and permanently close the associated account.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Certified RNG

All casino games available on gn999 — including slots, table games, crash games, and fishing games — are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcome of every game round on gn999 is determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the Player, by gn999, or by any third party.

8.2 Game Provider Rules

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gn999 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in table games or poker-style games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform software.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Abusing the gn999 bonus and promotions system as described in clause 7.3.
• Making any form of chargeback or payment reversal claim against a legitimate gn999 transaction without first raising the matter through gn999's official dispute resolution process.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses gn999 staff, support agents, or other Players.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the gn999 platform — including but not limited to the gn999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the property of gn999 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any gn999 content without prior written permission from gn999.

12. Privacy & Data

gn999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the gn999 platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a gn999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gn999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the gn999 platform. gn999 does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gn999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits — even if gn999 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

gn999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's gn999 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

gn999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. gn999 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by gn999

gn999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if gn999 reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if gn999 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority. In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, gn999 may forfeit the account balance at its discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

14.2 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request the voluntary closure of their gn999 account at any time by contacting the gn999 support team. Prior to account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance that is not subject to active bonus terms or pending withdrawal restrictions will be processed to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

gn999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gn999 will notify Players by publishing the updated Terms on the gn999 platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the gn999 platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gn999 platform that cannot be resolved through the gn999 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. These Terms are written in the English language; in the event of any translation being provided for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail.
